Restaurant Tapearte in Valencia
Thursday evening, we went to the restaurant (as we always do on the 9th of every month) to celebrate our 11month wedding anniversary and our 6 years and two months together. It had been a long time since we had tried a new restaurant (we often go the same ones!) and last weekend while walking in the neighbourhood, I had noticed one which seemed very nice so we chose this one!
This restaurant is called Tapearte and it is close to the Corte Inglés Avenida de Francia, next to the City of Arts & Science, so 5 minutes from our flat by foot! Their facebook page is right here.
We were not disappointed by going there. It’s not very cheap, but it’s not too expensive either but the food is SUPER good and the dishes substancial! We took some clams (well something similar), some patatas bravas, some squid a la plancha, some albondigas (meatballs) and some pulpo a la gallega (octopus, Niko’s favorite dish!). It was so good that Niko thought his octopus was the best he tried so far (and he tried loads!). As a dessert, I took their homemade yogourt and oh my god it was delicious!! I still can’t believe how good it was! Here are the mouth-watering pictures!
